Epoxy Fiberglass Insulation FR4 Laminates has high mechanical properties and dielectric properties, good heat resistance and mechanical processing, and low water absorption,not easy to deform. "FR" stands for flame retardant, and denotes that safety of flammability of FR4 is in compliance with the standard UL94V-0.
